罗林保

罗林保,哲学博士,安徽肥东人,2009年毕业于香港城市大学物理及材料科学系。2011年加入合肥工业大学,并任合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院教授。
       罗林保教授主要从事基于低维半导体纳米结构的光电子和电子器件的研究工作。迄今为止,已发表SCI研究论文80余篇,(其中第一作者及通讯作者论文30余篇,平均影响因子5以上),相关论文累积被SCI 检索引用超1800次,单篇最高引用近140次,目前个人h-因子为24

   1.   表面等离子体共振及其在纳光光电子器件中的应用。

   2.   基于一维半导体纳米结构的光电子器件。

   3.   基于石墨烯的新型纳电子器件。

 

社会兼职

    现任合肥工业大学校学术委员会委员(电气与信息学部),曾任Journal of Nanomaterials 杂志顾问编辑(Guest Editor),同时任Energy and Enviromental Science, Nano Energy, Adv. Opt. Mater., Nano Res., Nanoscale, ACS Appl. Mater. Interface, Appl. Phys. Lett.,20多个学术期刊的审稿人。

 

研究生招生

本人课题组每年招收具有应用物理学、半导体、固体电子学、或电子科学与技术背景的本科生3-4人,希望报考的学生对纳米光电子器件领域有着浓厚的兴趣。目前本人指导硕士研究生13人,博士研究生1人,多数同学毕业以后去华为、京东方等高技术公司工作,待遇丰厚。另外,已经有3位硕士毕业以后赴香港大学,香港理工大学,和香港城市大学攻读博士学位,还有两位博士毕业以后在香港大学及香港理工大学从事博士后研究。本课题组与美国、韩国、香港等多个国家和地区的课题组保持良好的合作关系,对于表现优异的学生,将推荐去其境外大学交流访问,或攻读博士学位(可享受高额奖学金)。
