个人简介:
中国科学技术大学博士,University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign访问学者,入职合肥工业大学微电子学院,2014年12月获评教授。近年来主要从事新型光电子器件、功率半导体器件等领域研究工作,并主持颀中科技-微电子学院联合实验室研究工作,在IEEE Electron Dev. Lett.,IEEE Trans. Electron Dev.,Appl. Phys. Lett.,Small,J. Phys. Chem. Lett.等国际知名学术期刊和中国科学:化学、中国科学:材料等国内著名学术期刊发表学术论文80余篇(其中第一作者或通讯作者论文40余篇)。以第一申请人身份申请中国发明专利20余项(已获授权15项)。已指导毕业研究生30余名,其中5人获得研究生国家奖学金,1人获得安徽省优秀硕士论文。
