个人简介:

罗林保,微电子教授,博士生导师。中国电子学会会员,国际电气和电子工程师学会高级会员(IEEE, Senior Member)。2009年于香港城市大学应用物理系获哲学博士学位,2011年任合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院教授。近几年主要从事新型高性能半导体光电子器件及相关光电集成技术方面的研究工作。迄今为止已经在IEEE TED, IEEE EDL, Adv.Mater., Nano Lett., Laser Phonics Rev., Appl.Phys.Lett.等学术期刊上发表SCI研究论文210篇(其中第一/通讯作者论文140多篇),相关论文被Google 检索引用超1万次(Web of Science引用9000多次),单篇最高引用超400次,累计有12篇论文先后入选ESI高被引论文(1%),目前个人h-因子为53。以第一发明人申请国家发明专利25项,已获授权15项。先后指导32名研究生毕业,其中有10人获得国家奖学金,2020年获得安徽省自然科学奖二等奖1项(排名第一),曾入选全球顶级Top 2%科学家和全球前10万Top科学家名单,并入选第十三批安徽省学术与技术带头人后备人选。John-Wiley旗下的“Materials View中国”,“Advanced Science News”以及 “Nanotechweb.org”等网站或媒体曾多次报道本团队在高性能微纳米光电子器件领域的研究工作,相关成果也先后被“中国新闻网”、“中国科学报”、“新华社”等国内主流媒体报道和转载。

研究生招生:

本人课题组每年招收硕士生4-6人,希望考生具有微电子科学与工程、数字电子技术、模拟电子技术基础、电子科学与技术等专业背景,并对数字集成电路(FPGA)、嵌入式系统(SoC)、数字图像处理(DIP)、数字信号处理(DSP)相关算法和光电子器件与系统有着浓厚的兴趣。目前本人指导硕士研究生15人,博士研究生3人。课题组族研究生毕业多数去ASML、英特尔、华为、长鑫存储、兆易创新等名高科技公司工作。另外,我们与美国、澳洲、韩国、香港等多个国家和地区的课题组保持良好的合作关系,本课题组毕业生先后有多位同学赴美国南加州大学、新加坡国立大学、香港大学,香港理工大学攻读博士学位。对于表现优异的学生,将推荐去其境外大学交流访问,或攻读博士学位(可享受全额奖学金)。


本科生招生:

本课题组常年招收电子科学与技术、微电子科学与工程和集成电路设计与集成系统等专业成绩优秀的本科生参与实验室光电子器件的相关数字集成电路(FPGA)、嵌入式(SoC)系统级设计及数字图像处理算法相关的研究项目或大创项目。迄今为止已经有多个学生通过在本实验室开展研究工作,最终顺利被录取美国、新加坡、香港等地的名校的全奖博士研究生。
