个人简介: 

许俊,合肥工业大学微电子学院教授、博士生导师。20052008年在合肥工业大学化工学院分别获取学士和硕士学位,2012年在香港城市大学物理及材料科学系获取博士学位,之后在香港城市大学超金刚石及先进薄膜研究中心(COSDAF)从事博士后研究,2013年加入合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院任黄山青年学者研究员入选姑苏创新创业领军人才和常熟市昆承英才

主要研究领域包括半导体光电转换器件、新型储能材料与器件、新能源汽车充电技术等,在上述领域已发表SCI论文80余篇和专著章节1篇;其中,以第一作者/通讯作者发表了研究论文和邀请综述50篇(IF>203篇、10-2021篇),包括Adv. Mater.Adv. Energy Mater.Adv. Funct. Mater.Adv. Sci.Nano LettersACS NanoNano EnergySmallJ. Mater. Chem. A等。以第一发明人获授权国家发明专利6项。研究工作受到了国内外同行专家的广泛关注,论文被引用4700余次,H因子371篇入选ESI “热点论文Top 0.1%),7篇入选ESI “高被引论文Top 1%),引用超过100次的论文有17篇。多篇研究成果被“Materials Views China”等评为亮点研究报道或热点论文,并被《科技日报》、《中国科学报》和《中国新闻网》等媒体报道。

实验室拥有完善的材料合成、器件制造与性能测试等方面的仪器设备,包括:太阳光模拟器(EnlitechSS-X50)、量子效率测试系统(EnlitechQE-R)、热蒸发镀膜机、磁控溅射镀膜机、等离子体表面处理仪、单/双工位手套箱、充放电测试仪、电化学工作站、自动涂膜机、CVD炉、冷冻干燥系统等。目前指导在读研究生15人,指导已毕业研究生20余人(其中7人荣获研究生国家奖学金1人荣获安徽省品学兼优毕业生)。
