个人简介:

许俊,合肥工业大学微电子学院教授、博士生导师任校科研院副院长、基地与成果办公室主任、安徽省分析测试协会副理事长等2012香港城市大学获取博士学位从事博士后研究2013年加入合肥工业大学“黄山青年学者”曾担任微电子学院实验中心主任、校分析测试中心副主任兼宣城分中心主任等。

研究领域包括微机电系统、电路设计、信号处理、能源电子器件等,在上述领域已发表SCI论文100余篇和专著章节1篇;其中,以第一作者/通讯作者发表了研究论文和邀请综述70篇,包括ACS NanoNano LettersNano EnergyAngewandte ChemieAdv. Powder Mater.Adv. Mater.Adv. Energy Mater.Adv. Funct. Mater.Adv. Sci.等。以第一发明人获授权国家发明专利8项。研究工作受到了国内外同行专家的广泛关注,论文被引用6000余次,H因子451篇入选ESI “热点论文”(Top 0.1%),7篇入选ESI“高被引论文”(Top 1%)。多篇研究成果被“Materials Views China”等评为亮点研究报道或热点论文,并被《科技日报》、《中国科学报》和《中国新闻网》等媒体报道。
