个人简介:

副教授,硕士生导师。2010年获得中科院合肥物质研究院博士,获中科院院长优秀奖及中科院&澳大利亚BHPB 奖学金 。作为项目负责人主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目及中科院院长优秀奖专项启动科研基金。2016年获安徽省科技进步二等奖。近年来在Advanced Functional Material, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Applied PhysicsSCI学术期刊以第一/通讯作者发表学术论文13篇,获得已授权专利2

研究方向:

半导体器件;基于深度学习的目标检测;表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)传感器件。
