个人简介:
安徽桐城人,工学博士,副教授、硕士生导师。本硕博分别毕业于合肥工业大学微电子技术专业、微电子学与固体电子学专业、集成电路与系统专业,从事集成电路及FPGA设计领域的教学与科研工作。主持重点国家实验室开放基金项目、企业委托项目、教育部产学研育人项目、省级研究生教育教学改革研究(重点)项目及校级科研/教研项目共17项,主持总经费230余万元。参与国家自然科学基金重大科学仪器研制项目1项(总经费:884.25万元)及企业委托项目1项(总经费:300万)并任FPGA开发组组长(可支配总经费100万元),参与国家自然科学基金项目7项,省部级科研项目5项。共发表学术论文150余篇,其中以第一作者或第一通信作者在IEEE Trans on CAS-I、IEEE Trans on CAS-II、IEEE Trans on CAD、IEEE Trans on VLSI、IEEE Trans on Electron Devices、IEEE Trans on CMPT、ACM Trans on TRETS、Integration(The VLSI Journal)、ELECTRONICS LETTERS、Journal of Supercomputing、Journal of Circuits,Systems,and Computers、Journal of Electronic Testing、Journal of Instrumentation、电子学报、电子与信息学报、电子测量与仪器学报、ATS、ICET、AHOST等国内外重要期刊及国际会议上发表学术论文50余篇,获授权发明专利20余项。TCAS-I、TCAS-II、TAES、EL、ISCAS、The Journal of Supercomputing、微电子学等期刊审稿人。目前指导各类在读硕士研究生20余名,本科生10余人。
